Marquita Watson has work experience in various roles and companies. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at C.H. Robinson as a Billing Team Lead. In 2014, they joined Urban Broadcast Media as an On Air Broadcaster. Since 2015, they have worked at USI Insurance Services, starting as a Customer Service Team Lead and later becoming a Customer Service Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Call Center Operations at USI Insurance Services.

Marquita Watson attended the Illinois Center for Broadcasting-Chicago Campus from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Marquita also has a certification in Broadcasting.
