Katie Bettis currently serves as a Right-of-Way Agent at USI Consultants, Inc. since July 2023 and has been an Instructor at F.C. Tucker Company since May 2019. Prior to these roles, Katie held positions such as REALTOR®/Associate Real Estate Broker with Perrey Home Team and Operations Manager at Real Property Management Indianapolis Edge. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Property Manager and Associate Real Estate Broker at McKinley, Inc., as well as roles at Carpenter Realtors, McAlister's Deli, Tavern On South, Kelly’s Pub Too, and O'Charley's. Katie's education includes studies at Ivy Tech Community College from 2010 to 2012 and a diploma from Avon High School, completed in 2000.
