Mike Dray has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Mike began their career at Dell Computers in 1998, where they held various roles such as Senior Data Analyst for the Americas Business Unit Customer, Outsourced Support Team for Customer Care, Senior Data Analyst for Call Avoidance, and Senior MACSD Technician. In 2006, they moved to Dell's Global Sales Comp Reporting Team as a Sales Support Advisor. In 2015, they joined NetSpend as a Marketing Data Analyst, where they provided weekly and monthly reporting to the partner and retail sales team, as well as vintage channel reporting. Currently, they are a Business Analyst II at uShip.

Mike Dray attended San Jose State University from 1983 to 1988.
