Larry McGill is a highly experienced engineering and leadership professional with a strong background in systems engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Test Engineer at USfalcon since January 2020, McGill also founded Front Range Firearms, a business specializing in firearms sales to law enforcement and civilians, in August 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Systems Test Engineer II at Northrop Grumman, where work focused on radar system integration, and an internship at DePuy Synthes Companies, optimizing manufacturing processes. McGill's military background includes significant leadership roles in the US Army, where responsibilities ranged from managing operational systems and personnel development to overseeing equipment accountability. McGill earned a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
