Charles Phillips has extensive experience in aerospace and defense, currently serving as a Test Analyst for the 17th Test Squadron at USfalcon since October 2019, where responsibilities include developing operational test documentation and conducting statistical analyses to evaluate system performance. Prior roles include Missile Warning Analyst at Aerodyne Industries, Mission Management Engineer at Northrop Grumman and Information Technology Engineering Corporation, and Superintendent at NORAD/NORTHCOM, showcasing expertise in satellite systems, missile defense, and operational planning. Charles holds a Master's Degree in Management with a focus on Information Technology and Project Management from Colorado Technical University, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University, and two Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Air and Space Operations Technology and Aviation Maintenance Technology.
