Jeffery Billy has over two decades of experience in information technology and security, currently serving as the Information Security Officer at USF Federal Credit Union since August 2000, where previous responsibilities included the role of IT Specialist. Prior to this position, Jeffery worked at AT&T Global Services as an Internet Support Specialist from 1998 to 2000 and held the position of Intranet Web Developer at Citigroup from June 1998 to December 1999. Jeffery earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, completing the program between 1995 and 2003.
