Alyssa Colon serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at USF Athletics, where responsibilities include creating onboarding processes, coordinating staff training, developing athletic policies, and enhancing staff development initiatives. Previously, Alyssa held the position of Human Resources Assistant, focusing on employee engagement activities and onboarding documentation. Additional experience includes a role as a Student Instructor in the Substance Misuse & Abuse Research Lab and as a Medical Receptionist at Florida Orthopaedic Institute. Alyssa's early career involved assisting with campus reservations at Florida Gulf Coast University, managing over 100,000 reservations per semester. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of South Florida, Alyssa also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Sciences.
