Cameron Lombardo is an experienced educational professional specializing in language learning content design. Currently serving as the Lead Learning Designer at Speak, a language education app backed by OpenAI, Cameron oversees the creation of English learning materials. Previous roles include Learning Content Designer at Speak, Content Designer at Tofugu where Cameron contributed to the Wanikani app, and Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Portland State University, teaching a course on English grammar. Earlier experiences include teaching Japanese at Fusion Academy, serving as Associate Producer at SET International, and working as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan. Cameron holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics (TESOL) from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
