Yurii Biliai has work experience as a Java Developer at UserWay.org, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Android Developer at Profitov.Partners from August 2022 to September 2022. Before their roles in the software development field, Yurii was a Java Software Developer at Proxy-sale from February 2022 to August 2022. Yurii also worked as an Information Technology Lecturer at National Pedagogical Dragomanov University from September 2008 to August 2022.

Yurii Biliai completed their Master of Mathematics degree specializing in algorithms and data structures, olympiad programming from NPU Dragomanov, Kyiv. Yurii attended this school from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Yurii has obtained several certifications.
