Rania Jamal has extensive experience in customer success and support, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success & Experience at Userpilot since August 2020. In this role, Rania has been instrumental in expanding the customer support team and enhancing support processes, while also providing leadership across the department. Prior to this position, Rania held the role of Technical Support Engineer, managing a high volume of customer inquiries and improving satisfaction rates through effective troubleshooting and onboarding processes. Rania's early experience as a Web Development Intern at DSTeck complements a solid educational background, which includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Petra and studies at the American University of Madaba.
