Vladimir Mullagaliyev currently serves as the Managing Partner and CEO at UserEcho, a position Vladimir has held since November 2009. Additionally, Vladimir is the Managing Partner and CTO at STAMUL since May 2017. Prior to these roles, Vladimir worked at kazkommertsbank from July 2005 to August 2012 in various positions including Associate Director of Homebank department, Senior Manager Department of System Development and Innovative Technologies at Homebank, Head of Division Department of System Development and Innovative Technologies (information kiosks), and Software developer Department of System Development and Innovative Technologies. Vladimir holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Kazakh National Agrarian University.
