Sergey Stukov has a diverse professional background in the technology and banking industry. Sergey is currently the Co-Founder of UserEcho and the Managing Partner at STAMUL. Prior to these roles, Sergey held various positions at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC) from 2004 to 2011, including Deputy Director, Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department. Sergey also worked at Nursat from 1998 to 2004, where Sergey served as Head of Department, Leading Programmer, and Data Transfer Engineer. Sergey holds a Master's degree in Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications from Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications.
