Charlotte CHEA is a seasoned digital project manager with extensive experience in managing and leading digital initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Project Manager at USERADGENTS since January 2023, Charlotte previously held the position of Data Project Manager at Bayard from January 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing projects for La Croix, coordinating teams, and enhancing user experience through data analysis. Prior to this, Charlotte was a Web/App Project Manager and Web Designer at Bayard Jeunesse from April 2008 to December 2017, successfully managing multiple digital projects including the Bayam application and several websites. Early in the career, Charlotte worked as a Webmaster at OCP Repartition, and holds a Master's degree in Application Informatique et Multimedia from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
