Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at SAL'S HEATING & COOLING, INC. since January 2023 and Principal/Chief Executive Officer at User Friendly Home Services since April 2021, Bruce also holds the position of CEO & Chairman at UpSnap since February 2014 and CEO of User Friendly Media since August 1999. Additionally, Bruce was the Chairman and CEO of Dryiiv from December 2022 to October 2023, focusing on cloud-based solutions for small business owners. Bruce's leadership experience includes a tenure on the Board of Directors for the Association of Directory Publishers from January 2014 to March 2016.
