Kaan Erdem currently serves as a Customer Onboarding Manager at Insider, since October 2024. Kaan has extensive experience in management and operations, having held multiple roles including Product Manager and Global Business Operations Team Lead at both Workhy and Mükellef from April 2023 to September 2024. Kaan's prior experience includes Account Manager for Video Services at The Orchard, where responsibilities focused on YouTube channel management and client relationships. In the past, Kaan has also taken on roles such as Account Manager at DigiBros Agency and Key Account Management Intern at Novartis. Kaan's early leadership experiences were demonstrated through various positions within ESTIEM, including Mediterranean Regional Coordinator and Local Responsible for Ankara-Bilkent. Kaan holds a degree from Bilkent University, with prior education from Çankaya Anadolu Lisesi. Additionally, Kaan is a drummer for the band SilverLiners since December 2014.
