Lauren DeRaleau

Head of Research & Strategy at Glass

Lauren DeRaleau has over 15 years of work experience in research and strategy. Lauren began their career in 2005 as a Research Intern at New York University. In 2007, they joined Ipsos as a Research Associate, and was promoted to Research Manager, Senior Research Manager, and finally Director. In 2013, they moved to Groupon as a Market Research Manager, Senior Manager of Market Research, and Director of Consumer Insights. In 2017, they joined Nordstrom Trunk Club as Director (Head of) Research & Insights. In 2020, they joined Farmer's Fridge as Director (Head of) Insights & Customer Service and Director (Head of) Insights. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Glass as Head of Research & Strategy.

Lauren DeRaleau earned their M.A. in Psychology from New York University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned their B.A. in Psychology, Marketing, and Spanish from the University of Dayton between 2000 and 2004.
