Mikayla Goodrich is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Grand Valley State University, earned in 2020. Mikayla currently serves as the Operations Lead at Unique Systems Design, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mikayla gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Quality Aluminum Products and held two internships in human resources at ITW Drawform and Magna International, specifically at Magna Electronics.
