Khoi Phan is a seasoned project manager with over three years of experience at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, leading a team of ten and specializing in project management, MS SQL Server, MS Azure, and VBA. Previous roles include database administrator and web/database developer, with significant expertise in requirement analysis, project planning, and system integration. Prior to USCRI, Khoi Phan held positions at Dai-ichi-life Vietnam as a senior database developer and at Biz Solution Co., Ltd. as a database developer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Winona State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Software Engineering from Lotus University in Ho Chi Minh City.
