Eulicer Sanchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service within various industries. Currently serving as a Hardware & Software Support Engineer at USConnect® since July 2021, Eulicer has a proven track record in quality assurance testing and executing marketing strategies for AD-BLAST. Prior roles include Testing and Support Engineer at USConnect®, Technical Communications Coordinator and Bilingual Help Desk Software Support at Noregon Systems, and Supply Chain Coordinator at PepsiCo. Eulicer also excelled as a Customer Relationship Manager at Procuro, Inc., managing support for over 200 customers, and began a career in customer assistance at Best Buy. Eulicer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer & Automated Systems from Universidad de Carabobo, complemented by a Science high school diploma from Sagrado Corazon.
