Shaun Donnelly has over 40 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Shaun began their career in 1968 as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Shaun then joined the U.S. Department of State in 1972, where they held a variety of senior positions, including Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Europe and the Middle East at the White House from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they moved to the National Association of Manufacturers as Senior Director of International Business Policy. In 2010, they joined the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as Vice President for Middle East Affairs and also worked as a volunteer and consultant for various organizations in Silver Spring, MD. From 2011 to the present, they have been Vice President of Investment and Financial Services at the U.S. Council for International Business.
Shaun Donnelly received their MA in Economics from Northwestern University in 1971, after having earned their BA in Economics from Lawrence University in 1968.
