Amie Ader has extensive experience in higher education and corporate learning and development. Currently serving as the Director of Global Learning & Development at USANA Health Sciences since October 2019, Amie is responsible for creating a global strategy to enhance sales and engagement across 25 international markets and implemented an effective onboarding program that improved retention rates. Previously, as Vice President of Operations at New Charter University, oversight of multiple operational branches and compliance with accreditation standards were key responsibilities. Amie held leadership roles at Southern New Hampshire University and Western Governors University, focusing on academic oversight and project management. Early career experience includes Six Sigma project management at American Express, where the emphasis was on quality improvement and cost reduction. Amie's academic qualifications include a B.A. in English, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Leadership.
