Beth Blair is a seasoned professional in the field of aging and disability research, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a) since July 2017. In this role, Beth contributes to various initiatives, including the Aging and Disability Business Institute, by developing surveys and analyzing data. Prior experience includes a position at the Altarum Institute Center for Elder Care and Advanced Illness, where responsibilities encompassed managing research citations, writing articles, and preparing for conferences. Earlier roles involved research and coordination for organizations such as the Long-Term Quality Alliance, the National Council on Aging, and the Long Term Care Commission. Beth holds a Joint MPP in Social Policy and Women's and Gender Studies from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women's Studies from Skidmore College.
