Joe Monroig is a versatile professional with experience in sports journalism and broadcasting, currently serving as a Broadcast Associate Freelancer with Major League Baseball since May 2023. At William Paterson University of New Jersey, Joe has been active as a sports journalist covering the New Jersey Devils and as a sports broadcaster since September 2019. Additional roles include sports writer for JERSEY SPORTING NEWS and play-by-play commentator for HockeyTV, both of which commenced in late 2021. Joe also possesses a background in sports camp counseling at Camp Winadu and has held various positions in the service and logistics sectors, including roles as a baseball umpire, banquet waiter, and fulfillment associate. Joe's education culminated in a degree from William Paterson University, completed in May 2023.
