Timothy Reed, CSPO, currently serves as Technology Enablement Senior at USAA since October 2024. Prior to this role, Timothy held multiple positions at GuideStone Financial Resources from June 2015 to October 2024, including Senior Web Strategist, Digital Marketing Strategist, Associate Digital Marketing Strategist, Senior Customer Solutions Specialist, and Customer Solutions Specialist. Timothy began a career in client services as a Client Services Associate at Liberty Trust Company, Ltd. from May 2014 to June 2015, and has experience in financial representation from roles at New York Life Insurance Company and Northwestern Mutual. Timothy earned a certificate in Digital Marketing from Southern Methodist University in 2018, a Bachelor of Applied Science from Tarleton State University, and has education from Baylor University and R.L. Paschal High School.
