Mekone Sone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at USAA since October 2018, Mekone leads a significant Transformation Program involving various banking products and a large team of over 1000 individuals. Previously, from January 2016 to September 2019, Mekone worked at Capital One as a Project Manager Scrum Master, focusing on global development team leadership and collaboration with business partners to manage product backlogs. Earlier experience includes a role as Associate Program Manager at Novartis, where Mekone directed logistics for Leadership Development programs and coordinated global team meetings. Mekone holds a degree in Project Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
