Kim T. Nguyen, Ed.D. is an accomplished communications and change management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. As the Founder and Principal of Silver Scaffold since January 2022, Kim leads initiatives to elevate the voices of older adults and advocate for digital inclusion. Currently serving as Lead Communications Director at USAA, Kim partners with IT and HR leaders to develop communications strategies that support a workforce of 37,000. Previous roles include independent consulting for major companies, Senior Manager of Corporate Relations at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Associate Director of Corporate Relations at Genentech, and various communications leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente and Visa. Kim holds a Doctorate in Education focused on Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, along with a Master's degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of the Pacific.
