Jacob Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, meteorology, and military leadership. Holding the position of Lead Program Manager at USAA since August 2010, Jacob specializes in transforming complex business ideas into actionable projects while guiding teams through strategic business processes. As Director of Program Management at USAA, Jacob's focus is on enterprise project portfolio management, helping to prioritize and budget project work. Prior to their tenure at USAA, Jacob served as a Weekend Weather Anchor for WEEK TV and held multiple significant roles in the United States Air Force, where Jacob provided senior meteorological advisory support and managed extensive teams. Jacob holds an MBA in Finance and Project Management from Illinois State University, in addition to a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology from Northern Illinois University.
