Hrishikesh (Rishi) Godse is a Principal Technical Architect at USAA, where tenure commenced in September 2012, progressing through roles such as Staff Technical Architect and Program Tech Lead. Prior to USAA, Rishi served at Capgemini from April 2001 to September 2012 as a Technical Manager/Architect, overseeing a portfolio of projects in the P & C Claims area, managing a team of over 25 resources, and collaborating with offshore project managers. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Software Engineer and Software Specialist at SoftLink International from April 1998 to March 2001. Rishi holds an MBA in Finance and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance, both from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University. Educational background also includes HSC from Dharampeth Science College and SSC from Paranjape School.
