Ceciliana Aboytes, PHR, is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment efforts primarily within the banking and insurance sectors at USAA since February 2010. Previous roles at USAA encompassed Senior Recruiter and Talent Delivery Advisor, emphasizing full-cycle recruiting and support for specialized divisions. Before rejoining USAA, Ceciliana served as Employment Coordinator at Austin Industrial and held recruitment roles at Zachry Engineering Corporation and USAA.
