Blake Warfield is an experienced professional in program management and outreach, currently serving as the Grassroots and Outreach Manager at USA Track & Field since March 2022. Responsibilities include assisting with the RunJumpThrow program, overseeing logistics for national youth meets, and managing scholarship initiatives, while also supporting 56 Associations. Previously, at The NASCAR Foundation, Blake held various roles, including Senior Programs Coordinator and Development Representative, where achievements included managing community engagement events and fundraising initiatives. Prior experience includes supporting youth sports programs at Morale, Welfare, & Recreation and various internships in athletic operations, customer service, and student government leadership at the University of Central Florida, where Blake earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. Additional education includes a management essentials program completed at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth in May 2023.
