Melissa Simpson is an experienced professional with a strong background in enrollment advisory and customer solutions. Currently serving as Enrollment Advisor III at Zovio since January 2019, Melissa has actively contributed to helping students achieve their educational goals at both Zovio and Forbes School of Business & Technology. Additionally, Melissa has held the position of Customer Solutions Specialist at USA TODAY since January 2018 and has worked as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Findlay Honda since May 2016. Early career experience includes serving as an Ambassador at Good Old Days from July 2011 to October 2014. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management and Marketing from the University of Holy Cross.
