Prior roles include serving as Social Media Video Producer for the NHL and MLB, where Madison specialized in creating engaging video content for social media and websites. Madison began a career in sports journalism as a Sports Reporter Intern at WNCT-TV and has a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from East Carolina University, along with international study experiences at James Cook University and the University of Technology Sydney.
