Tom Kovack has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Business Owner and Chief Executive Officer at USA Roof Masters, Marketing Executive at Red Card Cancer Intern, Intern at WIP Sports Radio, and Sales Representative at Expert Interior and Exterior. At USA Roof Masters, Tom successfully developed and implemented a comprehensive business plan, established a "customer comes first" mentality, and achieved significant growth and profitability. At Red Card Cancer Intern, they marketed the organization and partnered with notable entities. Tom also gained experience in marketing and networking events at WIP Sports Radio, and worked as a Sales Representative at Expert Interior and Exterior.

Tom Kovack attended Conwell-Egan Catholic High School from 2003 to 2007. Tom then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 2011.
