Courtney Johnson is a seasoned professional in the field of pickleball, currently serving as the Director of Team Competition at the United Pickleball Association since June 2024. Previously, Courtney has held multiple significant roles at Major League Pickleball, including Head of Competition, Director of Officiating, and Officiating Team Lead, since January 2022. Additionally, Courtney has been actively involved with USA Pickleball as an Ambassador, Referee, Referee Trainer, and Referee Coordinator since August 2017. Earlier work experience includes serving as Office Manager at Don Illingworth & Assoc., Inc. from September 2012 to March 2024 and as a Client Care Representative at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC from September 2007 to February 2010. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Austin College.
