Kristina K. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kristina began their career in 2001 at USA Mortgage, where they worked as a Support Specialist for the Final Closing Department until 2003. Kristina then joined Title Professionals/The Davis Law Group as part of the Final Policy Department Operations from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, Kristina briefly worked as a Designer at Bassett Furniture.

From 2009 to 2016, Kristina held multiple roles at Lindenwood University. First, they worked as an Admissions Administrator in Evening & Graduate Admissions from 2009 to 2015. Later, they became the Director of the Lindenwood University O'Fallon Site. In this role, they managed recruitment and admission processes, developed marketing plans, and represented the university at business events.

In 2016, Kristina joined USA Mortgage (a division of DAS Acquisition Company, LLC) as a Corporate Recruiter. Their responsibilities included recruiting for all corporate openings, establishing recruiting requirements, managing the full recruiting lifecycle, and providing recommendations to hiring managers.

Their field of study for both degrees was related to business administration and management.
