Tom Hidalgo possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as an Install Carpenter Foreman at Mission Bell since August 2008 and as a Commercial Building Inspector with the International Code Council since May 2008, holding Certificate No. 8010721. Additionally, Tom has contributed to TRH Construction as a General Contractor since July 2007 and held the position of Shop Carpenter Foreman at San Jose Stair Company from August 1998 to August 2008. Their career began as a Cabinet Maker/Carpenter at Perspectives in Wood from June 1989 to August 1998, and Tom also served as a Soldier in the US Army from June 1985 to June 1992. Tom Hidalgo studied at San Jose City College between 1987 and 1989, earning two years of education in Construction.
