Richard Devaney has extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and Founder of Advent Ventures Inc. since December 2020, Richard previously held the position of General Manager of Sales & Operations at USA Insulation of North and SW Houston from January 2019 to December 2020. Richard's work history includes roles such as Operations Manager at Downing from December 2014 to February 2018, following the acquisition of Premium Energy Group, and Wellhead Service Manager & Field Sales at Weatherford from December 2013 to December 2014. Richard also managed the Well Audit Division and Strategic Accounts at Wild Well Control from March 2011 to December 2013, was IT and Operations Manager at Navasota Oilfield Services from August 2005 to March 2011, and began a career as a Field Sales & Service Technician at ABB Vetco Gray from August 2002 to August 2005.
