Rya Crafts is an experienced professional in program management and engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager for Program Engagement at USA for UNHCR since September 2020, following the role of Manager for Proposals & Reporting. Previously, Rya worked as a consultant for refugee programs and held various positions at Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, including Assistant Director, where oversight of post-arrival refugee resettlement programming for a network of 45 partner organizations was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes roles at Mennonite Central Committee Zimbabwe, focusing on capacity building and project support, and Tenfold, where Rya managed asset development and financial capability programs. Rya holds an MBA in Development Economics and International Development from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Temple University.
