Jennifer MacMillan, M.S.Ed., currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Development at USA for UNHCR, where responsibilities include leading talent development strategy and conducting assessments across the employee lifecycle. With over a decade of experience, Jennifer holds the position of President at MacMillan Consulting LLC, providing coaching and strategic services in communication and performance. Previous roles include Trainer/Educator III for the State of Delaware, Patient Experience and Education Manager at Beebe Healthcare, and Dean of Students & Lead Performance Faculty at Heroic Public Speaking. Jennifer's earlier career includes significant contributions at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University, along with founding Bright Invention at White Pines Productions. Jennifer earned a Master of Science in Education and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Arts from the University of the Arts.
