Jim McCarthy currently serves as the Midwest Regional Representative to the US Youth Soccer Board of Directors since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of President at the Missouri Youth Soccer Association from July 2013 to July 2022. Jim’s extensive career includes experience as a District Manager at Altria Group Distribution Company from October 1979 to February 2012 before retirement. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 1975 and 1979.
