Sean White

Director Customer Experience at U.S. Xpress

Sean White has extensive experience in customer service and management roles within the transportation and logistics industry. Since March 2016, Sean has served as the Director of Customer Experience at U.S. Xpress, Inc., following previous positions including Senior Customer Service Manager and Account Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Sean worked as an Account Analyst at U.S. Xpress Logistics from October 2014 to March 2016 and as a Customer Service Representative at Swift Transportation from December 2012 to October 2014. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics and Genomics from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts from Mesa Community College.
