Andrea Ramsey, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Operations Leader at U.S. Xpress, Inc., where responsibilities include collaborating with HR leadership on various human resource issues and providing training on key HR functions such as recruiting and talent management. Previous roles at U.S. Xpress include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner. Andrea also held the position of Human Resources Director at Life Care Centers of America, overseeing HR operations for over 200 associates. Prior experience includes teaching business English and volunteering as an English teacher.
