Siera Love has an extensive work experience in the sports and events industry. Siera began their career with US Sports Camps in 2010 and has held various roles within the organization. Siera started as an Assistant Sport Manager for Tennis and then progressed to become a Sport Manager for Tennis and Ultimate Frisbee. Siera later became the VP for Tennis, and eventually the SVP of Operations and EVP of Operations for Volleyball and Field Hockey, demonstrating their leadership skills and ability to manage large-scale camp operations. In 2022, they oversaw over 1,800 camps in 22 different sports with over 10,000 coaches and provided skill development opportunities for over 145,000 campers. In addition to their work at US Sports Camps, they also served as a Managing Director for NBC Basketball in 2021. Prior to their roles in the sports industry, they worked as a Conference Planning Intern at Net Impact in 2010.
Siera Love's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Sir Francis Drake High School. From 2005 to 2009, they then pursued a degree in Psychology with a focus on Education and Spanish at the University of California, Davis. In 2009, they also had the opportunity to study Hispanic Studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid for a year. In 2010, Siera Love participated in a Meeting and Event Planning Certificate Program at California State University-Sacramento.
