Jordan Wolfson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in engineering and education. Currently serving as a Professional Services Engineer at US Signal since May 2016, Jordan has over seven years of experience in network operations and technical support, having previously worked as an Operations Analyst Tier 2 and NOC Technician at NovaTel, Ltd. from September 2014 to April 2016. In the academic field, Jordan contributed as a Lecturer I at The University of Texas at San Antonio and as an Instructor at Texas State University between 2009 and 2014. Jordan holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Japanese from Hope College.
