Linda Lindquist-Bishop serves as President of Courageous Thinking Inc., a role held since January 1999, focusing on facilitating change. As a Certified Exit Planning Strategist with NAVIX Consultants since February 2016, Linda assists business owners in achieving successful exits through planning and execution. In April 2012, Linda co-founded the Rising Tide Leadership Institute, aimed at inspiring and equipping women leaders to succeed in the global economy. An accomplished International Racing Sailor, Linda has won two world championships and boasts over three decades of experience in offshore yacht racing. Additional professional experiences include executive leadership roles at various organizations, consultancy work, and a background in publishing with Yachting Magazine. Linda holds multiple degrees and certifications in philosophy, leadership, and strategic planning from institutions including the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and USC Marshall School of Business.
