Zach Scheer, CMCA, is a co-owner of ScheerBev LLC, an investment group focused on acquiring commercial and mixed-use properties as well as mobile home parks in Connecticut since August 2016. In addition, Zach has been serving as an Assistant Property Manager at US Residential Group since December 2015, overseeing operations for a 200+ unit apartment complex. As Property Manager at Connecticut Maxillofacial Associates since August 2013, responsibilities include maintaining several commercial properties and ensuring timely repairs. Zach previously owned ZKS Lawn Service from September 2009 to September 2016, providing lawn care and maintenance services, and worked as a Laborer at Jfz Remodeling LLC from August 2008 to September 2009. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Central Connecticut State University, attained between 2009 and 2015.
