Meredith Warf is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and strategy within the orthopedic field. Currently serving as SVP of Operations and ASC Strategy at US Orthopedic Partners since October 2020, Meredith has also held multiple leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Administrator at Mississippi Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center since January 2009. Earlier in their career, Meredith worked as an Auditor at PwC from May 2004 to May 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accountancy in Accounting from the University of Mississippi (2004) and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center (2009).
