Kristie A. Foster, MHA, FACHE, currently serves as the Executive Director for The US Oncology Network, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Kristie held the role of Regional Director of Practice Operations at Community Health Systems from 2021 to April 2024, overseeing physician practice operations across 24 hospitals and 235+ clinic locations. In the role of Vice President for Specialty Clinic & Hospital-Based Physician Operations at Mercy from 2019 to 2021, Kristie focused on fiscal excellence and quality patient experiences. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Director for Independence Physician Management, managing operations for multiple hospitals and emergency departments, and directing operations at the Surgery Center of SW Florida and Southwest Florida Urological Associates from 2014 to 2018. Kristie holds a Master of Arts in Healthcare and Human Services Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University, along with being a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
