Joel Smith began their career in 2010 at Cox Communications as an Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for launching, developing, and growing the partnership between Cox Communications and Verizon Wireless. Joel also led the rollout for the launch in Kansas and was the key point of contact for Omaha and Arkansas. Additionally, they partnered with the local analytic group to develop, test, and implement an accurate sales tracking process that was eventually rolled out region wide. In 2013, they were promoted to Solution Specialist. In 2017, they moved to US LOGO where they took on the role of Director of Sales.
Joel Smith attended the Cox communications Six Sigma program from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a Six Sigma - Green Belt in Process Improvement. Joel also attended Butler Community College, but did not obtain a degree.
