Roman Horacek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, investment, and international growth. As a Partner at Reflex Capital SE since 2017, Roman focuses on identifying investment opportunities and supporting startup founders throughout their growth journey. In addition, as Co-founder and CEO of US Launchpad, Roman provides services to help businesses scale their engineering capabilities internationally. Roman's previous roles include Director of US Operations at Etnetera Group, Director of West Coast Operations at CzechInvest, and co-founder of the Czech ICT Incubator in Silicon Valley. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Tiffin University, Roman possesses a strong foundation in global business strategies and operations.
